In the shop it was called only „intimate cream for him“ so far - the tube says DELAY CREAM Rhino Long Power, and that is a difference that needs explaining. Most delaying products work through a mild anaesthetic; this one does not. The ingredient list names menthol, eucalyptus oil and mint oil among others, but no lidocaine and no benzocaine, and the German print describes it accordingly as a „cooling care cream for external application in the male genital area“. So it works through cold and not through numbness - which is the more honest construction, because the sensation is kept. It is applied thinly on and below the glans. It stands with the intimate hygiene, under sex toys for men and in the brand world of Hot.

Does it numb?

No. The ingredient list contains no anaesthetic but menthol and essential oils. That cools and distracts instead of making you insensitive - and that is exactly the advantage: a numbed sensation removes the feedback that tells you when something is becoming too much.

How much do you use?

Little, and once. With more, menthol does not last longer but gets colder, and cold tips over into unpleasant quickly. The first time, the smallest amount and wait to see how the skin reacts.

Does it transfer to the other person?

During sex everything applied transfers. Because nothing here numbs, that is less delicate than with a lidocaine gel - it will still cool for your partner. To avoid that, wash off the remainder beforehand or use a condom.

Is it compatible with toys?
