HOT is a brand for everything liquid: 38 lubricants in water-based, silicone and anal versions, 18 perfumes, 16 care and stimulation products and nine massage oils. Alongside those come three cleaners, four preparations to be taken orally and two toys. Because the choice is so wide, we name a few examples per group here rather than all 90 items.

The water-based lubricants 💦

The classic is called Liquid Pleasure and comes as Glide in 30 ml, Glide in 100 ml and as the longer-lasting Superglide in 30 ml, 100 ml and 200 ml. Particularly mild are the spring water gel in 30 ml, the spring water gel in 100 ml, the Nature with aloe vera in 30 ml, the Nature with aloe vera in 100 ml and the Nature Glide. The BI line covers the standard gel in 100 ml, the standard gel in 50 ml, the sensitive version in 50 ml and 100 ml, the Xtreme and the warming BI gel. Edible, 2-in-1 and silicone-based 🍓

The edible Superglide line comes in 75 ml as strawberry, raspberry, cherry, pineapple and coconut. Meant as both a massage gel and a lubricant are the BI 2-in-1, the 2-in-1 strawberry and the 2-in-1 Silky Touch. Staying slippery for longer are the silicone gels Silc Glide and Premium in 50 ml, 100 ml and 200 ml – though those do not belong on silicone toys. See flavoured lubricant and silicone lubricants.

Seven gels for anal play 🍑

Thicker and made for the bottom are the A+ with comfort oil, the A+ Extreme, the Anal Superglide and the warming Anal Superglide. Silicone-based, the A+ comes in 50 ml and 100 ml. Alongside them is the anal spray – see anal lubricant and anal plugs.

18 perfumes with pheromones 🌙

The Twilight line comes for her and for him, each as a perfume and as a natural spray, each in 15 and 50 ml – for example the perfume for her in 15 ml, the perfume for him in 50 ml, the natural spray for her in 50 ml and the natural spray for him in 15 ml. Named after cities is the 30 ml line with Dubai for her, Dubai for him, Tokyo Sensual, Tokyo Urban, Miami Spicy for her, Miami Spicy for him, London Sophisticated and London Mysterious. Alongside them is the pheromone perfume for him, which appears a second time as model 2 in the catalogue.

Care, stimulation and massage oils 💆

The V-Activ line covers the intimate gel for him, the stimulation cream for her and him and the stimulation spray for her and him. Also made for him are the Rhino intimate cream, the Rhino intimate spray, the intimate cream, the care cream and the nourishing massage cream. Care also includes the Deluxe intimate care cream, the Backside anal cream and the intimate hair removal cream. The nine massage oils all come in 100 ml, among them neutral, warming, vanilla, coconut and amber and musk – see intimate hygiene and massage products.

Cleaners, capsules and two toys 🧼

For cleaning there is the bio toy cleaner in 50 ml, the bio toy cleaner in 150 ml and the hand disinfectant spray. Meant to be taken orally are the capsules in a twin pack, the Exxtreme Power capsules, the Volume drops for him and the Spanish Fly drops for her. Water or silicone – which should you take?

Water-based when silicone toys or condoms are involved: it is compatible with everything and rinses off with clear water. Silicone-based when it needs to last, or when things move into the water – in return it attacks silicone surfaces. HOT offers both bases as an anal version too. More in our lubricant guide.

What makes an anal gel different?

It is thicker and stays where it is put for longer. Some formulas also contain a nourishing oil, like the A+ with comfort oil. What matters is quantity: with anal play it can be considerably more than you would first think, and topping up always beats pushing on. See anal lubricant.

What do pheromone perfumes do?

They smell good – that is the part that definitely works. Whether the pheromones they contain actually have an effect on other people is not scientifically established. So treat the 18 scents as perfumes, not as promises.

What should you watch out for with stimulating products?

They work with warmth, cold or a tingle on sensitive skin, and sensitivity varies a great deal. Test a small amount in the crook of your elbow beforehand and apply sparingly at first. If it burns, rinse with lukewarm water, not with oil. Preparations taken orally are food supplements and are no substitute for medicine – for health questions, a doctor remains the right address.

How are the sizes distributed?

Most gels come in 30, 50, 100 or 200 ml, the edible ones in 75 ml, the perfumes in 15, 30 or 50 ml. It makes sense to buy a new variety small and only stock up once it suits you. A measurement in the literal sense is on file only for the two toys.

How is it cleaned?

Water-based gels come off with clear water, silicone gels need water and soap, and so do the oils. Clean toys with warm water, mild soap or a toy cleaner and let them dry completely. Find what you need under sex toy cleaners.
