How do you train with it?

Insert it, hold it and go about your day - ten to fifteen minutes a day is enough. Longer is not better: a tired muscle does not get stronger, only more tired. The holding happens alongside everything else, the training needs no time of its own.

What is the difference from love balls?

What is included?

The trainer and a 50 millilitre cleaning spray. The tube of lubricant in the product photo is not certain to be included.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and little of it: too much makes holding harder rather than easier. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

With the enclosed spray or with lukewarm water and toy cleaner, then left to dry completely. Because it is used daily, cleaning belongs to the routine and not to the exception - suitable products are under sex toy cleaner.
