What is in it?

Aqua, Ethylhexyl Stearate, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbitan Stearate, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil and Citric Acid. Glyceryl stearate and cetearyl alcohol give the creamy consistency, Helianthus annuus is sunflower oil and tocopherol is vitamin E.

Where does the warmth come from?

From vanillyl butyl ether. It addresses the skin’s warmth receptors, so the spot feels warm without getting hot. How clearly you feel it varies from person to person, so start with a little.

How is it applied?

Spread a small amount on the area you want. If it gets too warm or burns, wash it off with lukewarm water.

How do you check whether you tolerate it?

Test it on a small patch of skin before first use, for example on the inside of your forearm, and wait a while. If the spot reddens, stop using it.

Does it go with condoms?

Not with latex: sunflower oil and ethylhexyl stearate are fatty substances that can damage latex condoms. If a condom comes into play, remove Lick Her first and use a lubricant that is expressly considered condom-compatible.
