The Intimate Cream Clarifying Cream from Femintimate is a care cream for the outer skin of the intimate area. It comes in a soft PE tube that stands on its white cap, so the cream collects at the front and can be squeezed out to the last bit. The tube is white with a wide pink panel, the “Clarifying Cream” lettering and the Femintimate logo; it belongs to the same care line as the brand’s intimate exfoliant, hygiene mousse and lubricant. Where exactly is it applied?

To the outer skin: mons pubis, outer labia and groin crease. It does not go into the vagina or onto the delicate skin of the inner labia.

How do you apply it?

On clean, dry skin, thinly and spread with gentle pressure until nothing shines any more. A small amount is enough for the outer area; more just stays on the skin.

How do you test whether it suits you?

Before the first use, put a little cream in the crook of your arm and wait a day. If the skin stays calm, you can use it in the intimate area; if it burns or reddens, wash the cream off with water and leave it out.

Is it a lubricant?

No. It is a care cream and not meant for sex. For that, and together with condoms, use a lubricant; wash off any cream you have applied beforehand.

Is it fine straight after shaving?

On freshly shaved skin it is better to wait until the next day, as small nicks and irritated spots react more sensitively to any cream.

How do you store it?

Tightly closed, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, the shelf-life marking on the tube applies.
