The Clitoral and Nipple Pump Set Large by Pumped comes with three small suction cups of clear acrylic: two for the nipples and a slightly wider one for the clitoris. You pump with a rose-gold pump worked by a finger grip; a release button lets the air back in. A pink tube runs from the pump to a T-piece, from which two tubes lead to the nipple cups, each with a small black clamp. The clitoral cup has the same rose-gold connector and can therefore also be joined to the tube. How do you put the cups on?

Place them straight and press on lightly. The opening should rest on the skin all round without pinching the nipple or the clitoris. A drop of water-based lubricant on the rim seals and makes putting them on more comfortable; you will find a selection under water-based lubricant.

How do you build up the suction?

With the finger grip, squeeze by squeeze. Each squeeze draws a little air out of the connected cups, and after every single one you decide whether to go on. The release button lets the air flow back in, and the cups then come away by themselves.

What matters when using suction?

Little suction and short sessions. On the clitoris much less is usually enough than on the nipples. Hold the suction for only a few minutes at a time and take breaks in which you let the air out. If you feel pain or numbness, or see discolouration or blisters, press the release button at once. Do not use suction on injured or irritated skin, and only take a cup off once there is no vacuum left inside it.

How do you clean the set?

Cups and tubes with warm water and mild soap. Pull the cups off the tubes, wash them one by one and rinse the tubes through. Let everything dry hanging up or open so that no water stays in the tubes. The pump is only wiped with a damp cloth.
