Who are the narrow cups right for?

For nipples that fit completely into the opening. The rim should sit on the skin all round and not squeeze anywhere. If it presses on the nipple itself, the opening is too tight, and it becomes uncomfortable rather than intense.

How do you seal the cups?

With smooth skin and a little lubricant. A thin film of water-based lubricant on the rim closes small gaps, so the suction holds without you having to pump harder. Suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

What do you watch out for when pumping?

Increasing slowly and taking breaks. Squeeze the finger grip only until you feel a clear pull, and hold the suction for a few minutes at a time; on the clitoris less is usually enough. Keep injured or irritated skin free, and never pull a cup off while there is still a vacuum inside it.

How do you keep the set clean?
