How do you wear it?

You take the U-shaped bracket into your mouth so that it lies above your tongue, and hold it with your lips. The ribbed head with the bullet stays at the front, outside your mouth. While licking or kissing, it passes the vibration on to the clitoris, labia, penis or testicles.
