How do you put it on?

Slide your fingers from behind through the opening into the hollow arm until it sits firmly. It is then moved entirely by your hand, just as you would otherwise guide your fingers.

What do you watch out for with the brush?

It is meant for external use only. The bristles stroke over the skin as they turn, so start with the lowest level and little pressure and only increase once it feels good. On irritated or injured skin it stays off.
