How do you place the attachment?

Lay the opening loosely over the clitoris so that the soft rim rests all the way round. Inside the opening the pressure waves move the air without anything entering. Start on the lowest level and only go higher once it feels good. A drop of water-based lubricant on the rim makes the contact tighter; you will find suitable ones under water-based lubricant. Only use silicone lubricant on this silicone after a test on an inconspicuous spot.

Can you use pressure waves and vibration on their own?

Yes, the two motors are controlled separately. You can play with the pressure waves only, let just the body vibrate or run both together. You feel the vibration where the rounded body rests, for example on the mons pubis or the labia.
