How do you insert it?

Put a little water-based lubricant on the ball; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant. It is easiest lying down or with one leg on the edge of the bath: push the ball slowly into the vagina, nub first, until only the loop is showing. Never push against resistance.

What applies to the retrieval loop?

It is your safety line. Check it before every use for tears and make sure it is firmly attached to the holder; if it is damaged, stop using the ball. To remove it, pull slowly and straight; staying relaxed helps. The ball is meant for the vagina only and is not used anally, because it has no stop.

How do you clean it?
