How do I insert the ball?

Put a little lube on the ball and slide it in slowly; lying down or with one foot on a stool often makes it easier. Only insert it so deep that the retrieval cord stays outside and you can reach it at any time.

How do I take it out again?

Relax and pull calmly and straight on the cord. The knob at the end gives your fingers grip, even when everything is wet. If it does not come straight away, wait a moment and try again without tugging.

Can I use it anally?

No. The retrieval cord is not a flared base and does not reliably keep the ball outside in the bottom. Use it vaginally only.
