Two pieces for getting started and for the next step: the Pelvic Trainer Kegel set by Coverme consists of a single ball and a double ball in purple silicone, both with a retrieval loop. Pelvic floor training is unspectacular: the muscle holds what is inserted, and that holding is the exercise itself. The balls are not smooth: curved grooves run across their surface. On the double ball, two balls sit one behind the other, joined by a short, narrow stem, and the thin silicone loop hangs from the upper one. How do you train with them?

Insert, hold and get on with your day; ten to fifteen minutes daily is enough. As soon as that works effortlessly, switch to the other piece of the set. Longer is not better: a tired muscle does not get stronger.

How are they inserted?

Most easily lying down: place the ball and push it in until it sits fully behind the vaginal entrance. With the double ball, the ball without the loop goes first.

How do they come out again?

By the retrieval loop. It stays outside and is not inserted. Do not pull while the muscle is still holding; relaxing briefly is enough.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and not much of it: a little makes insertion easier, too much makes the balls slippery, and then they are harder to hold. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How are they cleaned?

Wash with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner including the loops, and let them dry.

How are they stored?

Dry and protected from dust, for example in a fabric pouch. Silicone attracts dust and lint, so rinse the balls briefly before the next use.

Do they stay in during sex?

No. Take them out before sex; they are meant for holding during everyday life, not for intercourse.
