How do you change the weights?

Press the weight ball through the heart-shaped window into the shell until it sits inside. To change it, press it back out the same way. Before inserting, check that all weights sit firmly.

What do you start with?

With the single ball and the lightest weight. Only once that feels comfortable do you take a heavier weight or the double ball. Wear the balls only for as long as it feels good, and take them out as soon as anything presses or hurts.

What about safety?

Check the retrieval stem for cracks or nicks before every use. The balls are meant for the vagina only, not for anal use. To take them out, pull slowly and evenly on the stem.

Which lubricant suits them?

Only a water-based one, and a little is enough. Silicone oil attacks silicone: the surface goes dull and sticky. Suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

How do you clean the balls?

Take the weights out before cleaning. Wash shells and weights with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner and let everything dry separately before you put it back together. The set is waterproof to IPX7, so rinsing and immersing are no problem.
