How do you insert them?

Put a little water-based lubricant on both balls; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant. It is easiest lying down or with one leg on the edge of the bath: first the ball at the nub, then the second, until only the loop is showing. Never push against resistance, and take your time with the second ball.

What applies to the retrieval loop?

It is your safety line. Check it before every use for tears and make sure it is firmly attached to the holder; if it or the bridge is damaged, stop using the balls. To remove them, pull slowly and straight; staying relaxed helps. The balls are meant for the vagina only and are not used anally, because they have no stop.

How do you clean them?

Without electronics they can go fully under running water. Wash them before and after every use with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, including around the windows, at the bridge and inside the loop, and let them air-dry. Leave out silicone-based lubricant, as it can attack the surface.
