Jane by Dolls is a life-size love doll with long, light blonde hair falling past the chest, red-painted lips and a slim figure. The doll is made of soft TPE over a jointed metal skeleton that holds arms, legs and head in any position set. Three openings are modelled. ❓ FAQ

How heavy is a doll like this?

Far heavier than the photos suggest. Moving it is easier with two people, and the shipping box is bulky to match.

How is it cleaned?

After every use, the openings above all. Rinse them with lukewarm water and a mild toy cleaner and then dry the doll completely, inside and out; TPE only lasts if nothing stays damp. A little cornstarch on the dry surface keeps it matte.

How is it stored?

Lying down or hanging, never folded. Creases and pressure marks stay in TPE if it lies in the same position for long; lay it flat on a soft surface and put nothing on top of it. Radiators and direct sunlight make the material soft, so its place should be cool.

How do you pose it?

Slowly and only as far as a body naturally moves. Forcing the limbs past their range damages the material at the joints first. Move arms and legs one at a time and lift the doll by the torso, not by an arm or a leg.

Which lubricant belongs with it?

Water-based only. Silicone lubricant and oil attack TPE: the surface goes dull and then sticky, and that cannot be undone. Suitable ones stand under water-based lubricant.

Can it wear clothes?

Yes, ideally light-coloured or well-washed pieces. Strongly dyed fabrics, especially new and unwashed ones, transfer colour onto TPE, and such stains hardly come out again.

How discreetly does it arrive?

In a plain box with no hint of the contents. The sender line says nothing that would tell the neighbours anything.
