The Light Shorts by Bye Bra are short, close-fitting shorts to wear underneath, here in black. The flat waistband sits at the waist, and the legs end roughly halfway down the thighs. At the back the shorts cover the bottom completely, and the surface does without lace, pattern or decorative edging. They are mainly worn under dresses and skirts: fabric then lies between the thighs instead of skin rubbing on skin, and everything stays covered when you sit down or the wind catches your skirt. Polyamide with a share of elastane lies smooth and gives with movement. They sit under lingerie, under lingerie for women and in our for down there section.

Do the shorts show through light clothing?

Under light, thin fabrics black can show through. For light clothing the Light Shorts therefore also come in beige; the black ones are meant for dark dresses and skirts.

Which size fits?

Your usual size. Nothing should cut in, neither at the waistband nor at the legs; a waistband leaving a groove is too small. Try them on before it matters, because anything that pinches comes off again after ten minutes.

How are they washed?

At thirty degrees and without fabric softener, separately from light colours the first few times. Then dry them flat and not in the tumble dryer, because softener and tumble dryer take the tension out of the elastane, and that tension is what holds the shorts in place.

How do I put the shorts on best?

Gather one leg up to the opening, step in and pull it up over the knee, then do the same with the second. Only then pull the waistband up to the waist and smooth the legs down, so the close-fitting fabric does not twist.

How do I store them?

Folded in a drawer, not next to bras with open hooks or clothing with hook-and-loop fastening. Both can pull threads out of the smooth fabric.
