Love Balls Pelvic Trainer Kegel Purple 15.4 x 3.5 cm

Love Balls Pelvic Trainer Kegel Purple 15.4 x 3.5 cm 💜

Pelvic floor training is unspectacular and works anyway: the muscle holds what is put inside and gets stronger doing it - nothing more happens. Holding is the exercise, the weight is only the stimulus. What matters is the dose: ten to fifteen minutes a day is enough, and training for hours tires the muscle rather than building it - exactly as anywhere else on the body. Start with the lightest weight; only when that is held effortlessly does the next one come. A little water-based lubricant makes insertion easier, too much makes it slippery. And silicone does not tolerate silicone oil - that applies here as to everything else in this material. This set measures 15.4 centimetres in length at 3.5 centimetres in diameter and has a retrieval loop. The loop stays outside - it is why taking them out never becomes a question. It sits under love balls, under sextoys for women and in our sex toys for beginners section.

❓ FAQ

How do you train with them?

Insert, hold and get on with your day - ten to fifteen minutes daily is enough. As soon as that works effortlessly, more weight comes in. Longer is not better: a tired muscle does not get stronger.

How do they come out again?

By the retrieval cord. It stays outside and is not inserted - pulling it while the muscle is still holding makes it needlessly hard; relaxing briefly is enough.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and not much of it. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How are they cleaned?

Wash with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let them dry. Further models are under love balls.
