A single drop is enough to start; wait before adding more, because more gel here mainly means more warmth. Is it condom-safe?

Yes. Water-based gels do not attack latex, unlike oil and petroleum jelly, which make a condom useless within minutes. Condoms are under condoms.

What do you do when it soaks in?
