How do you use it?

Fill it, insert it gently, empty it slowly. Fill the tube with lubricant and press carefully until a drop appears at the front, so there is no air left inside. Place the rounded tip at the opening with a little gel and slide it in only as far as it goes without effort; it does not need to go deep. Press the plunger through slowly and pull the applicator straight back out. It stays in your hand the whole time and is never inserted completely. If it hurts, stop at once.

What are the three rings for?

For one-handed use. Index and middle finger sit in the two side rings, the thumb in the ring at the end of the plunger. That way you press evenly and keep the other hand free.

Which lubricant goes in?
