What does 3-in-1 mean?

One gel for three things: for gliding during sex, for massage and with a fruit flavour. So when you move from massage to foreplay and on to sex, you do not need a second bottle.

How do you use it for a massage?

Warm a generous amount briefly between your palms and spread it over the back, shoulders or thighs. Massage with flat hands and even pressure; for back and legs you need considerably more gel than for gliding.

Is it compatible with condoms and toys?

Yes. Water-based lubricant is compatible with latex condoms and all toy materials, including silicone. More on the differences between lubricants is in the lubricant guide.

How do you dose it?

Put a few drops on your fingers or directly on skin, condom or toy and spread them. Water-based gel absorbs over time; if it gets tacky, a few drops of water make it smooth again before you add more.

How do you wash it off?

With warm water, from the skin as well as from the bedding. Toys that have been in contact with the gel are cleaned with warm water and mild soap or a product from sex toy cleaner.

How do you store it?

Tightly closed, cool and out of direct sunlight. Keep the opening clean and snap the cap shut after every use. If your skin is sensitive, try the gel on a small area first.
