What does the narrow tip achieve?

It guides the gel where it is needed. From a normal bottle half of it lands on the outside of the toy; here nothing is lost.

How much does a sleeve need?

Two or three millilitres at average size. Long or tight channels need more, and too little creates friction and strains the material. Better once too much than too little.

How do I clean the sleeve afterwards?

Rinse it through with warm water and let it dry completely. A toy cleaner helps with residue in the grooves.

Is it usable for anything else?

It is a full water-based lubricant, simply set thicker. For intercourse that is a little much, for toys exactly right. If you need both, keep two bottles in the drawer.
