How do you apply it?

Put a small amount on your fingertips and spread it at the vaginal entrance and on the labia. If that is not enough, add a little at a time rather than taking a lot at once. Whatever is left over you wipe off with a soft cloth or lukewarm water.

When do you apply it?

Whenever it suits you: before foreplay, just before things get going, or in between. During sex for two, the other person can also apply it with their fingers, and that quickly becomes part of foreplay.

What if you often feel dry?

Then a lubricant makes touching and sex smoother, because that is exactly what it is for. If the dryness lasts for a longer time or burning comes with it, have the cause looked at by your gynaecologist.

What do you do if it burns?

Test the gel on a small area before using it for the first time, for example the inside of the elbow, and wait to see whether the skin stays calm. It does not go on injured or irritated skin. If it burns or itches, wash it off with lukewarm water and do not use it any further.

How do you store it?

Tightly closed, at room temperature and out of direct sun, and out of the reach of children. After opening, the shelf life stated on the folding box applies.
