How does the warming effect come about?

When you massage it in or breathe on it. Rub the oil into the skin with your hand or breathe gently on the spot, and a warm sensation sets in. If the oil just lies there untouched, you feel little of it.

What do you do if the warmth gets too much?

Take the oil off again. Wipe it away with a soft cloth and wash the spot with lukewarm water and mild soap.

How much oil do you need?
