The curved end works with pulse waves: a membrane produces pressure pulses that act without direct contact and feel more like tapping than buzzing. Can I use both ends at once?

Technically yes, the motors run independently. In practice you take one end and mute the other, as the wand is otherwise hard to guide.

Does the head replace a real wand?

For external use it comes close. It is slimmer than a classic wand device, but handier and easier to hold for it.

Does black differ from purple?

Only in colour. Mechanics, measurements and controls are the same in both versions.

How do I clean it?

With warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. The surface is seamless, with no edge for anything to collect in.
