The Mission by Armony is a massage wand in fuchsia silicone with two usable ends. At the top sits a capsule-shaped massage head on a short neck; at the other end the device runs out into a gently curved shaft with ribs running across it and a rounded tip. In between lies the control panel with four buttons in a T shape: the on/off button at the top, a button with a wave symbol on the left and on the right, and one with a flame symbol below for the warming function. Nine vibration modes are available, and the motor runs quietly. With the head you massage your back, shoulders, legs or feet or rest it against the intimate area; the curved, ribbed shaft is shaped for insertion. How warm does it get?

Up to about 42 °C. That feels clearly warm but not hot, and the cool moment when you first apply it disappears. Once switched on, the warmth takes a moment to become noticeable.

Can the shaft also be used anally?

No. For anal use a toy needs a flared base that stays outside, because the rectum pulls inward whatever it can grip. The Mission has no such stop at either end, so use the shaft vaginally only.

How long does the battery last?

Two to four hours. The warming function draws extra power, so a charge runs down faster with it.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, especially for the shaft. Silicone oil attacks the silicone surface. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Because it is waterproof, rinse it under warm water after every use, the ribs on the shaft especially thoroughly, and add a sex toy cleaner. Then let it air-dry. More models for insertion are under vibrators.
