Is a wand with two ends worth it?

If both ends are meant seriously, yes. Here the wand head is as large as on a dedicated wand and the rabbit arm as long as on a dedicated rabbit. On many combination devices one of the two ends is only suggested; not here.

Is this really a massage device?

For the neck, shoulders, arms and feet yes, and the manufacturer advertises it expressly as such. A wand differs from an ordinary vibrator through its large, soft head and its power at the lower end; that suits muscles as well as everything else.

How is it cleaned?

Warm water and toy cleaner, keeping clear of the charging contacts at the base and letting it dry completely. The only lubricant that belongs with it is water-based lubricant, because silicone-based products dull the surface.

Does a wand need lubricant?

On skin no, for everything else yes. The head glides dry over muscles, while mucous membrane needs a water-based gel. Oil and silicone oil attack the surface and have no place on a silicone head.
