Is a massage wand too strong?

On the highest level, for many people yes. So start gently and build up slowly; with fifty programmes it pays to try them out at leisure instead of taking the strongest straight away. A towel between head and skin also takes some of the force out.

Why a massage wand rather than a vibrator?
