Are two openings really worth it?

If they are worked differently, yes. On this model the mouth channel is narrower and more strongly ribbed while the vaginal one is wider and nubbed. Anyone who likes both saves buying a second device.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse the sleeve with lukewarm water and toy cleaner and then let it dry completely, overnight if need be. TPE is porous, and a masturbator put away damp will grow mould. Finally dust it thinly with cornstarch powder, and the surface stays silky rather than tacky.

Which lubricant suits it?
