Which lubricant is the right one?

A water-based lubricant. Silicone lube, massage oil and greasy products leave TPE permanently tacky. You will find a selection under water-based lubricant.

How does Hailey get clean?

Before rinsing, take the vibrating egg out, because the electronics and the remote stay dry. Flush both channels thoroughly with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and then gently squeeze the water out. After that the bottom needs time in the air until it is completely dry inside.

Can I warm it up beforehand?

Yes. Without the egg, put the bottom in warm, not hot, water for a few minutes and dry the outside. Microwave, radiator and hairdryer are off limits, because too much heat deforms the material.

May I share it with someone?

Better not. TPE is porous and cannot be cleaned germ-free, so Hailey stays with one single person. For storage, a fabric bag in a dry place out of direct sunlight works well.
