How do I know which size fits?

The usual rule of thumb goes by how heavy the flow is and by whether you have given birth: S for lighter days, L for heavier. Anyone unsure starts with the small one.

Can you feel it?

Not when it sits correctly. If you can, it is sitting too low or has not fully unfolded - take it out and put it back in. The stem must not stick out.

How is it cleaned?

How long does it last?
