Why two cups at once?

Because that way you have both sizes: A is the smaller, B the larger. You find out which one suits you better without ordering twice, and you can switch during your period, to B on heavy days and to A on light days. While one cup dries after washing, the other is ready to use.

How is a cup inserted?

Wash your hands and fold the rim, as a C or by folding one side inwards. Insert the folded cup and let go; inside it unfolds and seals all round. A finger on the rim tells you whether it has opened completely. After a few attempts it gets quicker.

How do you take it out?

Grip the tip by the nubs and squeeze until the suction eases. Then pull the cup out slowly and at an angle, opening facing up, so nothing spills. Never pull while it is still holding firm. Sitting on the toilet or squatting makes it simplest.

How do you look after the cups?

During your period, empty the cup into the toilet, rinse it with clear water and put it back in. Afterwards both are washed thoroughly, dried completely and kept somewhere airy, for example in a cloth pouch. Cleaners for sex toys are under sex toy cleaner.
