Which size do you need?

There are two sizes: A is the smaller, B the larger. With A you collect less but can fold the cup more tightly; with heavy bleeding you need to empty B less often. Anyone who has never used a cup often starts with the smaller size.

How does inserting it work?

With freshly washed hands, fold the cup, for example into a C, or push one side of the rim inwards. Folded like this, insert it and let go; it springs open and rests against the vaginal wall. How does it come out again?
