How do you insert the cup?

Fold the rim into a narrow C, insert the cup with the stem pointing outwards and let go so that it opens. If it has not fully unfolded, a slight twist at the base helps.

How do you take it out?

Pull gently on the stem until you can grip the ridged base, and squeeze it briefly. The suction then releases and you pull the cup out at a slight angle.

How long may it be worn?

For no more than twelve hours at a time. After that you take it out, empty it, rinse it and only then put it back in.

How do you clean it?

Before first use and at the end of every period, boil it in water for a few minutes. When changing in between, clear water or a sex toy cleaner is enough; use soap only sparingly and rinse thoroughly.

Which size fits?

L is the larger version of the Intimicup; there is also the smaller size S. If you are unsure, start with S.

Do you need lubricant to insert it?

Usually not. If you do, use a water-based gel, because silicone-based lubricant can attack the silicone. Suitable gels are under water-based lubricant.

When do you replace the cup?

When the silicone becomes dull, tacky or cracked. Then you swap it for a new one.
