Does the penis get permanently bigger?

No. The swelling is temporary and lasts minutes to hours. A permanent change is not possible with a pump, regardless of how long you pump.

How long may you pump?

Ten to fifteen minutes at a time, with breaks in between, and you build the pressure up slowly. Pumping longer or harder risks burst capillaries, bruising and blisters on the skin, and such damage can be permanent.

What if it hurts?
