Which diameter fits?

About a centimetre and a half more than your own girth calls for. Too wide a cylinder builds no usable vacuum, too narrow a one presses against the wall - both cost more than they give.

Bulb or trigger grip?

The grip sits firmly on the cylinder, the bulb hangs on a tube. With the grip one hand stays free and nothing dangles; the bulb can be squeezed in smaller steps. Both build the same vacuum.

How does a pump actually work?

It draws air out of the cylinder. The vacuum lets more blood flow in, and that is visible for as long as it is used. It does not create a permanent increase - nor does Pumped claim anywhere that it does.

How long may it be pumped?

Ten to fifteen minutes at a time, no longer. Release the pressure in between. Going beyond that risks bruises and burst capillaries rather than a better result.

How do you notice the pressure is too high?

How is it cleaned?
