The Penis Pump Precision Pump by Baile creates negative pressure, and the negative pressure draws blood into the tissue; that is the whole mechanism. A release valve is mandatory: without the ability to release the pressure immediately, a pump does not belong in use. Pump in small steps with pauses in between, not in one go, because otherwise the vacuum builds faster than the tissue can follow. Afterwards the cylinder belongs rinsed out and dried open, because otherwise something stands exactly where nobody sees it. This version has a pistol grip that allows strokes of equal size; that is the actual difference from a rubber bulb, where every squeeze turns out differently. The grip hangs on a black ribbed hose, and the cylinder is clear, so you can see at any time what is happening inside. Does the penis get permanently bigger?

No. The swelling is temporary and lasts minutes to hours. A permanent change is not possible with a pump, regardless of how long you pump.

How long may you pump?

Ten to fifteen minutes make a session, no more. Pumping longer or harder only raises the risk, and pumping daily is not a good idea.

What if it hurts?
