How is the cylinder put in place?

With lubricant on the sleeve. A little water-based lubricant on the soft opening makes the cylinder sit tightly; without a seal no vacuum builds. Then squeeze the handles together in calm, even strokes.

What do you watch for when pumping?

Build it slowly, hold it briefly. The vacuum rises step by step and stays for a few minutes only. At pain, numbness, discolouration or blisters you release the air at once. The testicles do not go into the cylinder, and there is no pumping on injured or irritated skin.

What does the gauge show?

The vacuum in the cylinder. The display is only for orientation, so that you can find a value that felt good again next time. There is no limit that suits everyone; your body sets the limit.

How is the pump cleaned?

Rinse the cylinder and sleeve, wipe the pump. Wash the cylinder, hose and sleeve with warm water and mild soap and leave them to dry openly. Clean the pump body, gauge and handles only with a damp cloth.
