The Penis Pump with Vibration by Baile consists of a transparent cylinder, a hand pump on a hose and a cuff that sits around the cylinder. A vibrating egg sits in the cuff; it is controlled by a corded control unit that runs on two AA batteries. Two soft parts come for the rim, a black ring and a skin-coloured insert with an opening shaped like a vulva; they seal it and spare the skin. A small bottle of lubricant is included as well. How is the pump cleaned?

Rinse the cylinder with warm water after every use and let it dry open. The hand pump and hose do not go in water; wipe them with a damp cloth. Keep the vibrating egg and its control unit away from water too.

How long may you pump?

Ten to fifteen minutes at a stretch are enough, and you should not pump every day. Build the vacuum in small steps with pauses in between instead of in one go. Pumping longer or harder risks burst capillaries and bruising.

What if it hurts?

Release the vacuum at once and stop as soon as it pulls, burns or hurts; pain is the signal that the pressure is too high. Pinpoint red marks on the skin also show that it was too much.

Do you need lubricant?

Yes, a drop on the rim of the cylinder so it seals, and a little on the penis. Without a seal no vacuum builds. Water-based is the right choice, the selection is under water-based lubricant.

How do you put the pump on?

Place the cylinder with its rim against your body so that your penis lies freely inside and the rim sits flat all round. Hold the cylinder with one hand and press the lever on the hand pump grip with the other; each squeeze draws out a little more air. Through the release valve the air flows back in.

How does the vibration work?

The vibrating egg sits in the cuff and passes its vibration on to the cylinder. It is switched on and changed over with the mode button on the control unit; the battery compartment opens with a flap.
