Put a little water-based lubricant into the sleeve and onto your penis and slide it over the shaft until your glans rests at the front. Then carefully pass your scrotum through the loop. This is easiest while you are not yet fully erect.

How long may you wear it?

Because the loop sits around the scrotum, you wear it for no more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Take it off at once if numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain appears, and never fall asleep wearing it. If you take blood thinners, only use it after talking to your doctor.

How do you tell whether it fits?
