How do you put it on?

Put a little lubricant into the tube and onto your penis. First guide the scrotum carefully through the small ring, then slide the tube over the shaft up to the body. It is easiest while the penis is not yet fully erect.

How long may you wear it?

No more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time, because the loop sits tightly around the scrotum. Take it off at once if you notice numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain, and never fall asleep wearing it. If you take blood thinners, only use it after speaking to your doctor.
