In which order do you put it on?

First the penis, then the testicles. With a little water-based lubricant in the opening the sleeve slides on more easily. Then pass the testicles through the ring one after the other until it sits behind the scrotum.

How long can you wear it?

20 to 30 minutes at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. As soon as numbness, coldness, pain or discolouration appear, you take it off, and it never stays on overnight.

How does it glide during sex?

With lubricant on the outside as well. Water-based gel suits the TPE and lets the vein relief glide instead of drag. During longer use you simply top up.

Is the sleeve a condom?

No. It offers no protection against infections and does not replace a condom.

What if the ring presses?

Then you take the sleeve off. The TPE is very stretchy, but ring and opening do not suit every body. If the scrotum only passes through with effort or a feeling of pressure remains, this sleeve is not the right one.

How do you clean and store it?
