How do you put it on?

Put a little water-based lubricant into the sleeve, place it at the glans and pull it over the shaft bit by bit until it sits evenly. Silicone-based lubricant attacks silicone and is therefore out of the question.

Can you trim it?

Yes, it can be adjusted with sharp scissors. Cut in small steps and only when the sleeve is lying empty in front of you, never while the penis is inside.
