The Advanced Silicone Pump Sleeve by CalExotics from the Optimum Series is an accessory and not a pump: a soft smoky grey sealing sleeve in silicone that you fit onto the open rim of a matching pump cylinder. Why it is needed becomes clear on the first attempt without one: the hard rim of a cylinder does not seal on skin, and without a seal no vacuum builds. The silicone sleeve conforms, turns the edge into a soft surface and also protects the skin from the hard rim. It is ring-shaped: on the outside a wide, straight wall that encloses the cylinder rim, on the inside a much narrower opening with a soft collar through which the penis slides into the cylinder. Clean the sleeve separately from the cylinder with warm water, and it has to be completely dry before it goes back on. How long may you pump?
