The Penis Extender from CalExotics is not a sleeve but an adjustable traction device. It consists of a base ring that rests at the base of the penis and swivels in every direction, two threaded rods with a silicone covering, adjusting nuts and a ribbed silicone strap that holds the penis just below the head. Foam pads the contact points, and the rods can be used with or without a foam covering. The rods and nuts are made of black-plated brass, the base and holding parts of POM, the strap and coverings of silicone and the pads of PU foam. How is it put on?

Follow the instructions step by step and first set the rods so short that there is no pull yet. Then put on the base ring, guide the penis through the frame and close the silicone strap last. It should lie snugly without constricting.

What are the four threaded pieces for?

They are screwed onto the rods if the frame is too short for your penis without them. Always start with the shortest setting that sits without pressure, and only add a piece when it is really needed.

How much pull is right?

Only a light one. Turn the nuts slowly and in small steps, never with force. If you feel pain, numbness, coldness or notice discolouration, take the extender off immediately. Do not put it on injured or irritated skin at all.

How long may it be worn?

No more than 30 minutes at a time; after that you need a break of at least 60 minutes before putting it on again. Never fall asleep with the device on, least of all after alcohol or drugs. Wearing it for too long can cause bruising at the base or lasting injury.

How is it cleaned?

Wash the silicone strap, coverings and base ring before and after every use with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner. Wipe the metal rods with a damp cloth and dry them straight away. Let the foam parts dry completely before you store everything together.
