The Seamless High-Waist Thong by Bye Bra combines two things that otherwise exclude each other: invisible at the back and a wide waistband at the front. It is made with as few seams as possible: the leg edges are hemmed flat, so that as little as possible shows under a dress, skirt or tight trousers. The waistband reaches above the navel, at the back the thong tapers to a narrow strip below the waistband, and a gusset is set into the crotch. It has no lace or decorative edging. It is made of 90% polyamide and 10% elastane and sits close to the body. In beige it stays inconspicuous even under light, thin clothing. This one is size S. Which size fits?

Your usual size. Nothing should cut in, neither at the waistband nor at the leg openings; a waistband that leaves a groove is too small.

How is it washed?

At thirty degrees and without fabric softener. Softener destroys the tension of the elastane, and that tension is what holds the thong in place.

How is it dried?

Flat on the clothes airer, not in the tumble dryer and not on the radiator. Heat makes the elastane brittle, and then the waistband slackens faster.

How do I best put it on with the high waistband?

Step in and pull the thong up over your hips first. Then push the high waistband upwards with flat hands instead of pulling at the top edge; that way the fabric spreads evenly and the edge is not overstretched.

How do I store it?

Folded in a drawer, not next to bras with open hooks or clothing with hook-and-loop fastening. Both can pull threads out of the smooth fabric.
