Why hybrid and not pure water?

Because a water-based gel dries out over a long session and you would have to keep topping it up. The silicone content keeps it slippery, the water content keeps it washable.

What does it get on with?

With latex condoms and with toys made of glass, metal or hard plastic such as ABS. For silicone toys there are pure gels in the water-based lubricant category.

How much do you need?

More than you think. The body produces no moisture of its own in the anal area; lubricant is a requirement there, not a convenience.

How is it removed?
