Soft Tampons Action by Europharma are soft foam pads without a retrieval string, each individually sealed. The flat pouches are blue, printed with the white Europharma lettering and small white symbols. The pad is pink, oval and has an embossed hollow on its upper side. The missing string is the whole point: because nothing shows on the outside, you can wear the soft tampon during your period in the sauna, on the beach, during sport, while dancing, while swimming and during sex. That is the one thing an ordinary tampon cannot do. You use each pad only once and then throw it in the household waste, not down the toilet. How do you insert it?

With clean hands, squeeze the pad slightly and push it in with your finger as far as feels comfortable. If it is dry, it slides in more easily with a little water. It is easiest lying down with your knees bent or in a squat. It sits correctly when you no longer feel it.

How does it come out again?

Squat and bear down slightly, then the pad slides down and can be grasped. Take hold of it with your index and middle finger and pull it out slowly.

Does it replace a condom?

No. It catches blood but does not protect during sex the way a condom does. If you need both, add one from our condoms.

How long may it stay in?

Eight hours at most and not overnight. With heavier bleeding you change it sooner. You will find more hygiene products under intimate hygiene.

How do you keep the rest?

Dry and in their sealed sachets until you need them. A sachet fits in any trouser pocket, so you can carry one with you.
