How opaque are they?

The skin does not show through; the leg looks like a single pink surface. At the knee and heel, where the knit stretches most, the shade can come out a little lighter.

How does the neon pink stay bright?

Fluorescent colours fade faster in direct sunlight than muted shades. So keep the stockings in the dark and do not leave them on the windowsill.

How high do they reach?

The top edge sits in the upper third of the thigh. A strip of skin stays bare between the edge and the knickers, so under a short skirt the transition is visible.

What size are they?

They are cut as one size, designed for roughly EU 34 to 40. The thigh circumference is what counts, because that is where the top edge sits.

Can you attach them to suspenders?

Yes. The clips of a suspender belt grip the top edge, not the knit below it. A suspender belt is not included.

How do you handle them gently?

Rings off and nails checked, then gather the stocking down to the heel, put your foot in and roll the nylon up slowly. If a stitch does run, a drop of clear nail varnish at both ends stops the ladder. They are best washed gently by hand in cool water.
