How do you start with two shafts?

Slowly and with more preparation than usual. Insert one shaft first, usually the vaginal one, and the second only once the other person is relaxed and wants it. Move only a little at first, until it is clear which angle suits both openings.

How should the harness sit?

Firmly enough that the shafts do not tip when you move. Adjust the straps before you begin, not in the middle. On bare skin a harness sits more firmly than over underwear, because nothing slips in between.

How much lubricant does it take?
